Integrated management system policy
SMI Consulting Company, as a specialized organization in engineering affairs in the areas of consulting services, technical and economic studies, engineering design, and project supervision, is committed to adhering to legal requirement, health and environmental requirement and relying on continuous improvement of internal procedures, optimizes 3 factors of "Quality", "time" and "cost" so that it could be one of the first choices of clients.
To meet the above, we have done the followings:
- Implementation of integrated management system (IMS) based on ISO 9001: 2015
- Environmental management ISO 14001: 2004;
- Occupational Safety and Health Management OHSAS 18001: 2007;
- HSE Management System Requirements.

The top management of the company ensures proper implementation of the integrated management system and by providing, facilities and delegation if authorizes assists the directors and employees in its proper implementation and continuous improvement. The management representative will be responsible for monitoring the proper implementation of these standards and periodically reviewing and evaluating the system.
